Thermoformed Pulp Processing
The mold equipment of Zhiben consists of Swiss HSM, WEDM, engraving machines, CMM, 26 machine tools, thus facilitating the achievement of "0.1μ feed, 1μ cutting, nm-level surface effect".
Thermoformed Pulp Processing
Zhiben researched and developed fully automated complete pulp molding equipment (Pulp Machine/paper pulp Machinery). With low energy consumption and long operational hours as basis. We completed our newest pulp molding equipment which has super long unmanned operational hours.
The production of molded pulp involves a water suspension of fibers being deposited onto a screened mold. A vacuum is then applied and the fiber-mat starts to develop some strength. Water can be removed by pressure applied to the slurry by means of a matched mold. After this phase, the molded preform usually reaches 50% in consistency (i.e. the mass fraction or percentage of solid in a given slurry) and is then completely dried out in a heated mold or oven.
From Pulp machinery design, product production, to sales, marketing, service, and management, Zhiben has a pulse in the complete process. We have high degree of confidence in mechanical equipment design. Besides holding advanced equipment, Zhiben have also put our faith and confidence in our pulp molding production line. We differ in our thinking from the average pulp molding machines manufacturer.
Manufacturing stages in the production of Thermoformed pulp products:
1. Pulpers blend the raw material, mix it with water and the non-fiber material is removed.
2. Machines pull pulp onto molds and remove water by applying a vacuum to form the product.
3. The part is pressed and dried by two heated matched halves of a mold.
4. Finished parts undergo a quality inspection and they are then stacked and palletized.
